Recently I was told about my school's snack shop carrying chocolate croissants and next day I had to go and try one. To be honest, I was skeptical of this chocolate croissant coming in a wrapper, waiting for me at a school snack shop. However, I cannot discriminate against any chocolate croissants. So I went and bought one to try. Pulling it out of the packaging...god it looked awful. It looked like a worn out pillow. It definitely did not look fresh. That shouldn't even be expected though. It did feel soft. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt, by warming it up for a bit in one of my school's microwaves. Who knows...this could have been my 10/10 chocolate croissant...but wow it was not. I couldn't even finish this sadly called chocolate croissant. The chocolate inside was like nothing I've tasted. The chocolate was watery and runny and just had an off taste. Definitely some cheap chocolate. The bread itself was lifeless, soft, but dead and lifeless. It was just a sad little loaf injected with sad, watery chocolate. A 2.5/10 chocolate croissant.
